Ankiel did it again!

Rick Ankiel continues to amaze us all. Saturday, he hit two more home runs to lead the Cardinals to a 6-1 victory over the Dodgers.

Wow. I thought Ankiel would be a great story when he was called up, but could he be a great player too? Hell, his fantasy value is already being discussed.

None of us should expect Ankiel to keep this up. But we all hope he does. Ankiel is a man who took a huge risk by going away from pitching and becoming an outfielder. This really is the best sports story we’ve had recently.
