The Devil-less Tampa Bay Rays

So the Tampa Bay Devil Rays have dropped the “Devil” from their team name and are now just the Tampa Bay Rays.

I never understood why they needed to drop the “devil” — it’s not like they were Satan-worshippers, it’s the name of an animal.

Nevertheless, they changed it, making their team name less interesting.

I actually kind of like their new logo though, even if it’s unoriginal. They’re old logo and jerseys may have had a lot of different colors, but they were unique.
