I’m sorry. So sorry.

November 11, 2007

On behalf of UCLA and all of their fans, I’d like to apologize. We’re sorry.

I know the majority of college football fans love rooting against Notre Dame on a weekly basis.

Well, if it weren’t for UCLA finding a way to lose to the worst team in America, Notre Dame could very well be 0-10 right now. The Irish could easily have been looking at a dream winless season, which could’ve been the most entertaining thing to happen in college football maybe ever. But UCLA ruined it.

We’re sorry.

We wanted to see our Bruins beat Notre Dame, we really did.

We didn’t want our inept head coach to start passing the ball every time with a walk-on quarterback against one of the worst rushing defenses in the country. We didn’t want our inept head coach to put in a freshman, walk-on quarterback over a healthy, athletic, more seasoned quarterback in Osaar Rashaan.

But it happened. UCLA found a way to lose to pathetic Notre Dame, preventing the dream 0-12 season.

We’re sorry.
