Jamie Moyer, superhero

Not only is Jamie Moyer 45 and still a good pitcher despite throwing slower than some little leaguers, he’s a powerful force on the bases too:

That was awesome. If and when MLB has that video taken down from YouTube, go to The Fightins to check it out. That’s not even the craziest thing about Moyer — he might play until he’s 50:

“I’m not going to rule it out, if I’m still able to be effective,” Moyer said. “I have an obligation here that I plan on upholding next year with the Phillies, so I will be back at 46. Hey, 50 is five years away. It’s not something I’m ruling out.”

It would be so awesome to have a 50-year old major leaguer.
